Romsey Town and District Gardening Society is made up of two sites, Stourbridge and Fairfax, situated on either side of Coldham’s Lane.

Both sites are currently full, but we have waiting lists at each. You are welcome to apply for a plot (and be put on the waiting list). You can either apply individually to Stourbridge or Fairfax, or jointly, to see which has a vacancy first.

Tenancies are renewed every year on October 1st. We aim to keep our fees low, to cover our costs and make a small surplus to reinvest into the site.  For the current season (2026 - 2027), the yearly rent is:

          Full Plot:       £40 (£35 for those over 65)

          Half Plot        £26 (£23 for those over 65)

          Quarter Plot   £17 (15 for those over 65).

There is also a one-off deposit on joining the Society of £5 for a key to access all gates on both sites.

It is policy on our two sites for new tenants to start with a Half Plot only.

     -  please add your name and details in the appropriate boxes;

     -  indicate in the message box whether you would prefer a plot on the Fairfax or the Stourbridge site, or

       whether either would be acceptable. Also, let us have any other relevant information.
